亞洲體研設立於忠孝敦化生活圈，提供墊上運動課程及器材課程，以小班及個人課程方式進行。除了Pilates課程，謝菁珊老師更於近年引入歐美新興的GYROTONIC®與GYROKINESIS®運動， 並結合彼拉提斯概念設計一系列主題課程。主題課程系列包括舒緩伸展課程、彈力帶課程、魔術圈課程、兒童Pilates等等。
